How to Log In and Accept a Meeting Invite
You are reading this, so you have already made it to www.roobaab.com! You are advised to login at least a few minutes before the pre-arranged meeting time to ensure that you are already logged in when the meeting is started. So when you are ready, click the Login link at the top right of the page

Enter your login details and press 'Login'

You now see the 'private' view of the content. You are seeing all the content appropriate for your level of access. Feel free to explore the site - try adding content if you wish, just be careful not to set anything as public that you don't want to appear on the main public view of the site! Notice how you can see on the left hand side a 'users online' list.

At the predetermined time, the host will send a meeting invite which will appear in the top lefthand corner of the page - click accept to launch your Second Life client

Note that a small empty browser window will appear first, followed by the Second Life client - this small window can safely be closed once the SL client window has appeared.

Log into the SL client as normal after which you will arrive at the meeting venue - this step will soon not be necessary - you will be able to add your SL username and password to your profile in Roobaab and the login step for SL will be bypassed transporting you straight to the meeting venue.

If for some reason accepting the meeting request does not launch the SL client and you are coming for the meeting on Squirrel Island, click this link http://slurl.com/secondlife/Squirrel%20Island/125/135/23 to launch your SL client, then log in.
If you are late and miss the meeting invite, you can still log in through Roobaab. Once you have logged in, click on the meetings tab - you should see the meeting in the list at or near the top. Click that meeting to open it's details - on the details page you will see the meeting chat in real time. There will also be a link 'Join Meeting' - click this to launch the SL client and join the meeting as shown below.

Have a great meeting!
